Proud father ranks the highest on Marion J. Caffey’s life meter. As a theatrical creator, producer, and Broadway director, he considers himself a problem solver. He is proud to solve a WHEN-not-IF problem, an inevitable reality that most people put off until it’s too late. After having endured the devastating and frustrating after-loss search for documents and information three times he decided to make sure he would leave his affairs in order and help others do the same.
Marion has the rare distinction of having written, produced, directed, choreographed, and performed on Broadway. He is a long-time and current producer of the longest-running talent competition in America, Amateur Night at the Apollo, and played a pivotal role in creating Amateur Night Asia in partnership with Yoshimoto Kyogyo (The largest entertainment company in Japan). He is the founder and CEO of Showbiz Stories LLC.
His work has appeared on and off Broadway, major television networks, PBS Great Performances, The White House, The Kennedy Center, and in many major houses on three continents.
